Margaret Linda “Margie” Mahoney

Margaret Linda Mahoney, 73, of Inverness, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on March 15, 2026. Her devoted parents, Paul J. Mahoney and Helen (Carty) Mahoney as well as five siblings: Paul, Sheldon, Robert, John and Helen have preceded her in death and will welcome her to heaven with open arms. She is survived by her sister Kathleen and numerous nieces and nephews.

Margaret “Margie” was an Aunt to many and she cherished the time she spent with those she loved most. She had a special fondness for her cat, enjoyed relaxing with old classic movies, and found the greatest happiness in being surrounded by family.

She will be remembered for her warmth, her love of simple joys, and the deep care she showed to those around her. Margaret’s presence will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held privately at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Cremation Care, Inverness.
