Suzanne Penner, of Inverness Florida, passed away on April 26, 2025 at the age of seventy-nine. Born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, Sue was the daughter of John R. Noble and Mary Frances Russell. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Penner; her parents, and brothers, Jack and Lee Noble. She is survived by three nieces, a nephew, and many cousins.
Sue met Wayne in Texas where they lived for many years before moving to Florida. She had several careers: secretary, court recorder, and small business owner. She loved to travel with her husband in their RVs. She also loved to fly and was a licensed pilot. Sue and Wayne volunteered for Meals on Wheels. She was a member of Floral City United Methodist Church. Sue treasured her family. And she will be missed by her Russell cousins and their families, who still gather for family reunions. Her cremains will be interred at the Erie Cemetery, Erie, Pennsylvania. A memorial service will be held there on May 27th at 11 a.m. May she rest in peace.
