Charles E. O’Brien, age 90, Inverness, FL passed away April 22, 2024 at his residence. Charles was born in Brooklyn, NY on September 14, 1933 to the late George and Mary (Morris) O’Brien and came to this area in 1992. He was a retired Postal Service mail carrier and served our country in the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Shirley O’Brien; 1 son, Bart O’Brien of Port St. Lucie, FL; 2 Daughters: Donna O’Brien, Lake Worth, FL and Deborah O’Brien of West Palm Beach, FL; 1 step son, Samuel Peters; 2 step daughters: Joanne Murphy and Elizabethea Spencer; 1 sister, Margaret Noble and several grandchildren. He was predeceased by a step son, Edward Peters and step daughter, Debbie Desomma.
Following cremation, there will be a private burial in Florida National Cemetery. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory is assisting the family.
