Phillip L Joyner

Phillip Lynn Joyner, 63, of Inverness, FL passed away on February 2nd, 2022 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born to the late Buford E. and Elna Joyce (Abbott) Joyner on February 4th, 1958 in Maryville, TN. Phillip was Owner and Operator of both United Speed World and Fred Cox Automotive and Alignment companies based out of Tampa, FL. He was an excellent businessman and enjoyed his work. More importantly, Phillip enjoyed his family and spending time with his grandchildren. Phillip loved airboating and being out on the water, enjoyed getting together with his friends, and making his famous homemade ice cream out on the lake.
Those left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Teresa; his children, Phillip Joyner, Jr. (Virginia) of Brooksville, FL and Leanne Martinez of Inverness, FL; his brother, Mike Joyner; his five adored grandchildren, Dharma, Emily, and Avery Martinez and Kylee and Westin Joyner; his many nieces and nephews; and his dear friends.
A Celebration of Life, hosted by his family, will be held on Wednesday, February 9th, 2022 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the White Barn in Brooksville, FL. Address: 19114 Powell Road, Brooksville, FL 34604. Cremation with Care is under the direction of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL.
