Rose E Capps

Rose Etta Capps, 85, of Floral City, FL passed away August 26, 2019 at her residence in Floral City. She was born in Cantoment, FL on September 27, 1933 to the late Frank and Mary (Smith) Ard. Rose was a Certified Nurse’s Assistant, and a Baptist by faith. She arrived in this area in 1980, coming from Sanford, FL and enjoyed fishing, gardening, and sewing. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Capps in 1988; two sons, Albert Capps and Herbert Capps; one daughter, Carolyn Capps , one sister, Bernice Ard; and three brothers, Charles Ard, David Ard and Willie Ard. She is survived by her children Frank Capps of Floral City, Claude Capps of Tennessee, Marc Capps and his wife Amanda of Inverness, FL, Joanne Jones of Floral City, Diane Logan and her husband Jack of Floral City, and Marilyn England and her husband Carl of Sanford, FL; brothers Walter, Edward, and Benjamin Ard; and sisters Dollie Byrd and Janie Ard; 20 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
