George R. Lumpkin

GEORGE RANDALL LUMPKIN “RANDY” died August 8, 2013 under the care of Hospice of Citrus County. Randy was born on September 29, 1956 in Jackson, MS to James M. and Christine (Tanner) Lumpkin. He was employed as a steeple jack for tower maintenance. Randy loved his family and had a beautiful smile. He enjoyed fishing and being in the outdoors. Left to cherish his memory is his Mother, Christine Lumpkin, Jacksonville, FL; brothers Jimmy Lumpkin, Fort Lauderdale, Tommy and his wife Cheryl Lumpkin, Jacksonville, FL and Jesse Lumpkin, Starke, FL; his sister Linda and her husband L.C. Norris, Lake City, FL; nieces Diane, Samra, Jessica and nephews Chad, Aaron and Christopher. He was preceded in death by his father, James M. Lumpkin and a brother Melvin Lumpkin. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is in charge of private arrangements.
