Cappelleri"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fred Vincent Cappelleri, 85 of Inverness passed away June 28, 2023 at HCA Citrus Hospital in Inverness.  Fred was born in Brooklyn, New York on November 21, 1937.  He was a restaurateur by trade after his Air Force service during the Korean War. He attended the Cordon Blue in Paris, France.  He was Catholic by faith. He was a former Eagle&#8217;s President of Crystal River #4272 and a member of the Inverness VFW #4337. <\/p>\n<p>Fred was a former Champion Roller Skater; being the first skater to complete a triple axel on National Television. He loved skating, bowling, playing cards, and spending time with friends &#8211; which her had many. To know him was to love him. He was the Life-of-the-Party.<\/p>\n<p>Left to cherish his memory, long-time girlfriend, Faye Odom (his Angel); his daughter, Teresa Anderson; along with four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Following cremation, Fred&#8217;s urn will be interred with military honors at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at a later date.  Cremation arrangements are under the direction of the Chas. E.
