A native of Salem, NJ, he was born May 22, 1949 to the late Harry and Alice (Quigley) Dalbow.  He was a retired maintenance man for the City of Pennsville, NJ.<\/p>\n<p>Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Janice Counsellor Dalbow; 3 sons: William W., West Virginia; Jeffrey D., Crystal River, FL; Robert J., Hernando, FL; 3 brothers: Harry, Kenney, and Ollie; 8 grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Dalbow.<\/p>\n<p>Private cremation arrangements with Chas. E.
