Victor was born in Corozal, Puerto Rico, on July 22, 1935, to the late, Candelario Feliciano Rosado and Maria (Reyes) Marrero.<\/p>\n<p>Victor was a veteran of the United States Army, serving during the Korean War. He was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Beverly Hills. He was known by his family as a sweetheart of a dad, a positive role model for his entire family, and their Hero.<\/p>\n<p>Left to cherish his memory are his children, Victor Ivan Feliciano-Rios, Eric Joel Feliciano-Rios, Harry Feliciano-Rios, Miguel Angel Feliciano-Rios, and Maritza Feliciano-Rios. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Maria Rios Rivera, his brother Richard Feliciano-Marrero, and his sister, Clotilde Feliciano-Marrero.<\/p>\n<p>Funeral services for Victor will be conducted on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at 9:30 AM, from the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home in Inverness, with Fr. Tim Cummings, officiating. Friends may call from 8:30 AM.
