Goclon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Donald Julian Goclon of Hernando, FL passed away at Citrus Memorial Hospital on February 2, 2021 at the age of 86. Donald was born to the late Julian and Elenor (Geyer) Goclon in Los Angeles, CA on May 10, 1934.<\/p>\n<p>He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. Following his military service, Donald became a Machinist by trade and eventually owned and operated his own machine shop in Compton, CA for a number of years. Following retirement, Donald relocated to Arizona but made Florida his home 20 years ago. In his spare time he enjoyed playing golf with his buddies, enjoyed reading western books, and partying.<\/p>\n<p>Those left to mourn Donald&#8217;s passing include his wife of 22 years, Beverly Goclon; stepdaughters: Sharise McKeever and her husband Earl; Stacey Barnes, her husband Andrew, and grandchildren Sabrina and Michael, Donald was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty J. Goclon on March 10,a 1997. Step-granddaughter, Yvette Jenkins, her husband Tim and great-granddaughters: Paige and Heather; and 2 great-great grandchildren Alayna and Aiden.<\/p>\n<p>Donald will be laid to rest at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, CA alongside his first wife, Betty J. Goclon. Florida arrangements are under the care of the Chas E.
