He was a talented musician and song writer as well as a very gifted and meticulous carpenter and woodworker. He could create most anything from wood.<\/p>\n<p>Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Devan D. Waters and her two children, Jackson and Kaleb Dodge of Vershire, VT; and Ashley Carter and her daughter, Makennah of Erlanger, KY; his mother, Linda Waters of Crystal River, FL; 2 brothers, Michael Waters of Williamsburg, OH and Daniel Waters of Batavia, OH; his sister, Tammy Lynn Waters-Hynes of Bay City, MI. He was preceded in death by his father.<\/p>\n<p>There will be a Celebration of Life scheduled by his family at a later date. Cremation with care was provided by Chas. E.
