Mr Bennett was born in Birmingham, AL on Jan 30, 1943 and moved to this area in 1981 from Decatur, AL. He was a U.S. Army Veteran having served in Vietnam and formerly was employed by Ace Hardware as a Sales Associate. He enjoyed playing golf and bowling.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his wife, Linda Bennett; 1 son, Jason Bennett of Crystal River; a step daughter, Terry Lynn Sherman of Minnesota; his former wife, Diane Bennett; 2 step grandchildren.
