He was born in Oxford Depot, New York on May 18, 1931 to the late Charles C. and Zebra (Learman) Borre.<\/p>\n<p>James was a self employed truck driver and arrived in this area in 1977, coming from Hampton, N.J. He was a protestant by faith and attended the Hernando Baptist Church.<\/p>\n<p>He was preceded in death by 6 brothers. He is survived by 5 children, and 2 brothers.<\/p>\n<p>Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E.
