O&#8217;Steen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wanda Lee O&#8217;Steen, 90, of Inverness, Florida passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014 at Citrus Health &amp; Rehab in Inverness. She was born in Gassaway, WV on October 5, 1923 to the late George and Audrey B. (Carroll) Frame.<\/p>\n<p>Wanda was a homemaker, a Baptist by faith, and arrived in this area in 2004, coming from Virginia. She enjoyed reading, watching television, doing crossword puzzles, and loved watching birds.<\/p>\n<p>She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. O&#8217;Steen in 2000, and three sisters, Bernice, June, and Maxine. She is survived by her children Richard A. O&#8217;Steen, Robin (Barbara) O&#8217;Steen, and Jean (Harry) Gorring; and six grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E.
