Hays"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>STEVEN MICHAEL HAYS, age 37, Inverness passed away. Steven was born on March 25, 1976 in Sacramento. He proudly served our country in the United States Army, with a tour of duty in Korea, Iraq and three tours in Afghanistan. He was a member of VFW Post #4337 of Inverness. Left to cherish his memory are his parents Gary and Kimberly Hays, Inverness; brothers Kevin Hays, Tupelo, MS, Daniel Hays, Gainesville, FL; sister, Sara Doerr, Ocala; Aunts and Uncles Roger and Judy Hays and Lynn and Edward Hoch; paternal grandmother Jean Hays and many extended family members and friends. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A celebration tribute to Steven&#8217;s life will be announced at a later date. Inurnment will be at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. Chas. E.
