He was the manager of a paper products warehouse.  Philip was an avid fisherman and the &#8220;dog man&#8221; of his community, enjoying not only his own animals, but providing treats for others dogs as well.  Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 21 years, Connie Rash; son Timmy (Tara) Rash and daughter Shannon Rash, all of Bowmansville, PA; stepsons Mark (Amy) Amspoker, Houston, TX and John Amspoker, Orlando, FL; six grandchildren.
