He was born in Hillsdale, MI on August 9, 1946 to the late Henry Arthur and Lucille (Fuller) Yanke. Daniel was a manufacturing engineer, and arrived in this area in 1972, coming from Indiana. He was Presbyterian by faith, and enjoyed rebuilding cars and model cars, and wood carving. He was preceded in death by one step son, David Porter, and one brother Jerry Leroy. Daniel is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Tina Yanke. Other survivors include daughter Andrea Hill of Greenpond, SC; stepdaughter Melissa Porter; aunt and uncle Jane and Duane Fuller and many grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E.
