Patty Ann Frame, age 74, of Crystal River tragically passed in a motor vehicle accident on Feb 27, 2026. She was born in Kansas City, Kansas, she was the daughter of the late Chancy John and Carmen (Sanchez) Young, Sr. Patty moved around to Michigan, Indiana, Kansas and Missouri, but made her way back and settled in Crystal River, Florida. She worked in several hospitals in the medical records department and retired as a medical coder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Patty was a member, facilitator and advocate of The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and a member and volunteer with the Lighthouse Programs. Patty was often described as a \u201cgreat friend\u201d with a kind and giving heart. She was a beautiful person who was always caring for and helping others, whether it be a kind smile or just listening. She was a wonderful mother, sister, aunt and grandma whose family was her whole world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In addition to her parents and siblings, John Michael Young, Rosemarie Wrigley and Ramona Baker, Patty was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eugene Frame in 2014. Left to Cherish her memory are her daughters, Kristina \u201cKris\u201d (Mike) Krainock of Adrian, Michigan and Kathryn \u201cKaty\u201d (Michael) Apicello of Inverness, Florida; her brothers and sisters, Chancy John (Kim) Young, Jr \u201cChum\u201d of Port Orchard, Washington, Thomas Anthony (Irma) Young, Sr. of Kansas City, Kansas, Nancy Carmen (Mike) Shirley, Warrensburg, Missouri, Stacy Lynn Young, Kansas City, Kansas; 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, and countless friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A celebration of Life honoring Patty will be held on Saturday May 16th, 2026, 10:00 AM at Fort Cooper Baptist Church in Inverness. Arrangements are under the care of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Cremation Care, Inverness.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
