Born in Glennville, Georgia, one of nine children, he was the son of the late Charles Perry and Marie (Harrelson) Oglesbee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Horace came to the area from Tarboro, NC sixteen years ago. He worked as a security guard for Empire Toys in Tarboro. Horace enjoyed racing his homing pigeons and bass fishing. Baptist by faith, he had a life full of family, love and meaningful connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to his parents, Horace was preceded in death by his brothers; Perry and James and his sisters; Beatrice Brown and Aletha.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Left to cherish his memory are his four sons; James of Citrus Springs, FL, Brian of Washington, NC, Brandon of Crystal River, FL and Joshua of Citrus Springs, FL; brothers, Larry and Fred; sisters, Lela and Lee; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas.
