Gary Allen Sapp, affectionately known as \u201cFlash,\u201d passed away peacefully in his home on January 16, 2026 surrounded by his wife, children, and loved ones. He was born in Plant City, FL on March 11, 1953.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Flash met and began dating his future wife Lucy in 1978, and they married in 1984. Throughout his life, he had a love for muscle cars, drag racing, and a good home-cooked meal. Flash was hard-working and dedicated to his family. He never met a stranger and left a lasting impact on everyone he met. Until his passing he maintained his sense of humor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 41 years, Lucy; his children, Susan (Dale) Robinson, Cathy (Bob) Brennan, and Charlie (Stacey) Sapp; 10 grandchildren; Tyler, Allen, Madison, Noah, Jeremiah, Liam, Makayla, Rylan, Michael and Alexis; 1 great grandchild, Kintley; 2 brothers, Johnny and David.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We find comfort in knowing that Flash\u2019s legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us, the love he shared, and the memories we will cherish forever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
