She was born in Washington, W.VA to the late Elmer Lee amd Elva (Mc Cune) Padgett. Donna was a homemaker, and arrived in this area in1998, coming from Washington W.VA. She was Methodist by faith, and enjoyed fishing, golfing, deer hunting, and playing bingo. Donna was preceded in death by her loving husband of 46 years, Donald Lynch. She is survived by her children Jimmy Smith of Inverness, FL, and Deborah Snead (William) of Leesburg, FL. 4 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
