Barbara Joan Luciano, age 76, of Lecanto, died December 4, 2024 at Tampa General Hospital in Crystal River. Born September 1, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Vito and Bertha (Zane) Patten.
Barbara moved to Citrus County from New Jersey in 1983 with her husband, William Luciano who died in September 2024. Known as a wonderful cook, Barbara also enjoyed art and was an accomplished painter.
Left to cherish her memory are her stepsons, William (Lynda) Luciano, Jr. of Carneys Pt., NJ and Steven (Pamela) Luciano of Millville, NJ; stepdaughters, Debra (Ronald) Carrizino of Bricktown, NJ, Toni (Rocky) Monticolo of Pennsville, NJ, and Tina (William) Rumpp of Elmer, NJ; brothers Malcolm (Mary) Patten of Kentucky, Vito (Kathleen) Patten of Mt. Royal, NJ and Stephen (Sheila) Patten of New Jersey; sisters, Linda (Edward) Mitchell of Newark, DE and Vita (Louis) Gentry of Sterling, CO; many grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
