Eugene Fisher

Eugene M. Fisher (“Gino”), of Inverness, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 11, 2024. He was 60. Gino was born in Brockton, MA to Eugene M. and Beatrice May (Bell) Fisher. He moved to Florida in the mid 1990’s, and that’s when he met the love of his life Jacklyn Curington and they married in 1996. Gino loved electronics, computer programming, playing bingo, hunting, fishing, and camping. He was preceded in death by his parents, and his siblings Alton “Ziggy” Carchia, Paul Vacca, and Karen Lloyd. Those left to cherish Gino’s memory are his devoted wife Jacklyn Fisher of Inverness; his brothers Antonio Carchia of Inverness and Robert Carchia of Belmont, NH; his sisters Rose Carchia Piche of South Easton, MA, Sue Jennings and Dyzette “Dee” Brown, both of Inverness; and many loving nieces and nephews, but especially Shaun Vacca and his wife Audrey of Citrus Hills. Private cremation arrangements are under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness.
