Ted A Gatz

Ted A. Gatz, 90, of Hernando, FL passed away October 5, 2024 at HCA Citrus Hospital in Inverness, FL. He was born in Chicago, IL on July 5, 1934 to the late Clarence D. and LaVora (Armgard) Gatz. Ted was a carpenter and arrived in this area in 1996, coming from Illinois. He was a Lutheran by faith, and enjoyed woodworking cabinets. He was preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey Gatz. Ted is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Marilyn Gatz. Other survivors include his sons Timothy (Anna) Gatz of Falmouth, Maine, Thomas (life partner Kimberly Roberts) Gatz of Waltersboro, SC, and Todd Gatz of Glen Ellyn, IL; 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
