G. Veronica Skrzipietz, 80, of Inverness, FL passed away Monday, May 6, 2024 at Vitas Hospice in Lecanto, FL. She was born in Helsinki, Finland on July 15, 1943 to the late Klaus K. and Gerda (Frankenhaeuser) Ahola.
Veronica was Lutheran by faith and loved her Finnish ancestry.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Horst W. Skrzipietz. She was preceded in death by a sister, Helen Narling, and survived by a sister, Micaela Lappalainen of Helsinki. Veronica’s urn will be laid to rest at Hills of Rest Cemetery, Floral City, FL at a later date.
