Walter L Cortright

Walter J. Cortright, of Floral City, passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at HCA Florida Citrus Hospital in Inverness. He was 85. Wally was born in Port Jervis, NY to Harold and Alice Acton Cortright. He moved to this area in 2009 from St. Petersburg. Wally was a commercial painter. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Donna Cortright in 2020; and his three siblings. Those left to cherish Wally’s memory are his many nieces and nephews and his sister-in-law Bonnie Zarek of Inverness. Private cremation arrangements are under the care of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
