Julia P Yeagle

Julia Pentz Yeagle, of Hernando, passed away at home Thursday December 21, 2023. She was 83 years old. Born in Muncy, PA, Julia has been in Florida ever since marrying her childhood sweetheart, and moved down to Miami, FL while he finished school at the University of Miami. They remained in Miami until they moved to Hernando in 2007, and became members of the Hernando United Methodist Church. Julia enjoyed being with her family, boating, water skiing, snorkeling, sewing, gardening, and music. She enjoyed anything outdoors but she always wanted to learn how to play the piano! Julia is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Ronald Yeagle; son, Jerome Yeagle of Abington, MD; daughters Pamela Y. Young of Cumming, GA and Angela Y. Lilly of Odessa, FL; sisters Roberta Specht and husband Leonard of Montgomery, PA and Polly Shrey of Hughesville, PA; 12 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren (with another on the way); 3 nieces and nephews; and 4 great nieces and nephews. Interment will take place in Fairview Cemetery in Montgomery, PA.
