Georgianna Ruth Cook, of Hernando, passed away peacefully under hospice care on Monday October 30, 2023. She was 95. Georgianna was born in Bennington, VT to the late Gardner and Sadie Mae Whittemore Davis. She was a beautician and book keeper for many years. She enjoyed many different activities including riding motorcycles, national and international travel with her husband Clayton. She was devoted to her family and friends. She loved her family, and she gave of her time in many ways to her communities. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Inverness.
Georgianna was preceded in death by her loving husband, Elijah Clayton Cook in 2018. Those left to cherish her memory are her three sons Bruce Cook (Joanne), Michael Cook (Sherry), and Mitchell Cook; seven grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements are under the care of Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory 3075 S Florida Avenue, Inverness, FL 34450.
