Kathryn Patricia Endicott, age 70, of Inverness Florida, passed away peacefully on September 9th, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her family and loved ones. Kathryn was born October 26, 1952 in Newark New Jersey, to Pasqual Gerard DiGuglielmo and Catherine Ferguson. She attained a BSN from George Mason University in Alexandria Virginia (1989) and her Masters Degree in Nursing from George Washington University School of Medicine (1997).
Kathryn enjoyed her career as a Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Internal Medicine. She practiced as an ARNP in the states of Maryland, Virginia and Florida. She was incredibly dedicated to and dearly loved by her patients. Kathryn will be remembered for her compassion to those she attended and her ability to comfort all.
Kathryn was an avid runner who enjoyed a variety of interests including biking, tennis, gardening, traveling and spending time with the people she loved. She is survived by her adoring wife, Donna Spangler, her daughters: Leslie Salinas (sp. Thomas Salinas), Allison Endicott, and Kathryn Armstrong
(sp. Charles Armstrong); her grandchildren: Campbell Endicott, David Salinas, Charlotte Salinas, and Julia Thomsen, her siblings: brother Patrick DiGuglielmo (sp. Consuela DiGuglielmo), and sister Tracy Britton (sp. Scott Britton), and her beautiful tuxedo cat, Abby III.
One of Kathryn’s favorite songs epitomized her mantra for life:
“Though we know we will never come again, where there is love, life begins, over and over again.”
