Ramon “Ray” Stafford, age 84, Inverness, FL passed away May 21, 2023 at the Vitas Hospice House in Lecanto.
Ray was born in Jasper, Alabama to the late Truman and Mardie (Sylvestor) Stafford. He was a retired pure Arabian Horse Trainer and was well known around the country. He served briefly in the U.S. Army.
Left to cherish his memory are 2 children: William R. Stafford of South Miami Beach, FL and Cathy Wolfenden of Inverness, FL. He had one grandchild, Phoebe Stafford. He was predeceased by his wife, Susan Stafford and a brother, Kenneth Stafford
