Edward Michael Kreidenweis, beloved husband, father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend passed away unexpectedly on January 28, 2023, at the age of 29 in the Ocala Regional Medical Center Hospital following a UTV accident.
Ed was born in Perth Amboy, NJ to Owen Edward Kreidenweis and Claudia Sebold. He was a fun-loving person, who enjoyed the outdoors, including fishing, hunting, boating, four-wheeling, the beach, and everything the great outdoors had to offer. Ed also enjoyed working out, staying fit, and spending as much time as he could with his family. He was a phenomenal soccer athlete, and you would often find him kicking a ball with his kids or engaged in some other sport or fun-related activity. No matter what he was doing, you were likely to find him with a smile on his face!
Ed’s fun-loving nature and big personality made him a favorite with the young and the old. His big-heartedness landed him in the military, where he proudly served his country in the Army for nine years. Always looking for a way to give back, Ed was passionate about helping kids and wanted to follow his dream of becoming a teacher. He and his family moved back to Dunnellon, FL from Ft. Stewart, GA following his discharge from the Army to pursue that dream. He attended the Meadowbrook Church in Ocala, FL.
His memory will always be cherished by his loving wife, Adriana Griffin Kreidenweis; their 3 children: Layla Grace Kreidenweis, Lucas Aiden Kreidenweis, and Lettie Mae Kreidenweis, all from Dunnellon, FL; his parents: Owen Kreidenweis of Neptune, NJ and Claudia Sebold Marchbanks of Weeki Wachee, FL; his brother, Jonathan David Kreidenweis, Neptune, NJ; maternal grandmother, Salete Borghezan Sebold; Maternal Grandfather, Miguel Sebold Neto; nephew and niece, Matteo Kreidenweis and Mariah Grace Kreidenweis.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service at Meadowbrook Church, 4741 S.W. 20th Street, Ocala, FL at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 6th, 2023 with Pastor David Owens officiating. Military Honors will follow.
Burial will follow at a later date in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory is assisting the family.
