M Fransie Mittler

M. Fransie Mittler, 97, of Inverness, FL passed away January 9, 2023 at Arbor Trail Health and Rehab in Inverness. She was born in Staten Island, NY on March 13, 1925 to the late Edmund and Margaret (Gillespie) Hutchins. Fransie was a homemaker and arrived in this area in 2006, coming from Bluffton, SC. She was Lutheran by faith, and enjoyed knitting and spending time with her cats and grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, William J. Mittler, and one son, Jerry Mittler. Survivors include one son, James Mittler, and her daughter in law Sherry Mittler; 2 grandchildren Renee and Terri; and 2 great grandchildren Russell and J.D. Fransie’s urn will be laid to rest at Hills of Rest Cemetery, Floral City, FL at a later date. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness.
