Janet P Bicker

Janet Phyllis Bicker, 85, of Hernando, FL passed away Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Vitas Hospice in Lecanto, FL. She was born in St. Petersburg, FL on March 8, 1937 to the late David and Marquerite (Robinson) Cullen. Janet was a retired legal secretary and arrived in this area in 1967, coming from St. Petersburg. She was a member of Seven Rivers Presbyterian Church. Janet loved nature, going to the beach, watching college football and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 61 years, Warren Bicker in 2017. Janet is survived by her children Mark (Beverly) Bicker of Murphy, NC, and Janet Lee Tuggle of Hernando; brother David Cullen, Jr, and sister Mona Gail Justice; 3 grandchildren, Alan S. Tuggle, Meredith Moss, and Abby Bowen; and 1 great grandchild Taylor Moss. A Celebration of Janet’s life is scheduled for Wednesday, December 7, 2022, 5:00 P.M. at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory. Her urn will be laid to rest with her husband Warren at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL at a later date.
