Barbara K Jones

Barbara Kay Jones, 71, of Floral City, FL passed away on August 21st, 2022. She was born to the late Raymond and Aileen Thames Johnson on July 19th, 1951 in Fayetteville, NC. She enjoyed cross-stitching and doing Crystal Art painting. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth “Ken” Wayne Johnson. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 25 years, Terry; her son, Jason Lopez; her brothers, Robert “Bob” R. Johnson and Douglas Bruce Johnson; her sister, Bonnie Lee Schoenwalder; her three grandchildren, Loren K. Lopez, Kelsey L. Lopez, and Triston R. Lopez; and her four great-grandchildren, Sheena Mills, Xavier Mills, Fallon Damron, and Damon Harrish.
A Celebration of Life for Barbara is being held on Thursday, September 22nd, 2022 at 11 AM at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home. A Gathering of family and friends will begin at 10 AM. Barbara will be laid to rest at Florida National Cemetery at a later date. Cremation with Care is under the direction of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
