Bruce William Payne, Sr., age 53, went home to be with the Lord on August 15, 2022. He passed away at his home in Inverness, Florida with his beloved wife, Tricia and his dog, Dixie by his side. Bruce was born in Charleston, WV on February 9, 1969 and moved to Inverness, Florida in January 1978. He owned and operated Dixie Lawn Care Service.
He was a member of First Christian Church of Inverness. He loved the Lord.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Tricia Ellison-Payne, Inverness, FL; 1 son, Bruce William Payne, II of Inverness, FL; 1 daughter, Amy Catherine Payne of Cairo, GA; 4 grandchildren: Cora Payne, Richard Payne, Wyatt Payne, Jayce Grant of Cairo, GA; his mother, Shirley Payne Pittman of Inverness, FL.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the First Christian Church of Inverness, on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 11:00AM, and lunch to follow the service. Dr. Ray Kelly and Rev. Tom Thomas officiating. Cremation with care was entrusted to the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home With Crematory, Inverness, FL
