Richard K. “Richie” Hodges, 60 years, of Inverness, passed away April 22, 2022 at home.
He was born May 18, 1961, in Logan, West Virginia, to the late Terry K. Hodges and Eunice Duma.
On February 7, 1986, Richie and Valerie L. Corrie were married. They have resided in Inverness for the last 20 years, previously residing in Ellendale, DE.
Richie was a handyman, he could fix just about anything. He was employed as a carpenter, mainly finish trim work in the building industry. He enjoyed attending the Orange Blossom Jamboree, held every year, in Brooksville. Above all else, his greatest joy was spending time with his family. He was a loving and devoted, husband, father, and grandfather.
Left to cherish his memory, his wife; Valerie L. Hodges, 3 daughters; Lauren Hodges, Megan Hodges, and Allison Hodges, his siblings; Debby O’Steen and Terry Hodges.
Also survived by his grandchildren Abigal Bradley and Lilly Perkins, and many friends.
Cremation with care arrangements under the direction of Chas E. Davis Funeral Home.
