Ann C Vander Geld

Ann C. Vander Geld, 76, of Inverness, FL passed away on October 25th, 2021 under the care of Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness, FL. She was born to the late Mervil and Myrtle Ryan Magoon on June 13th, 1945 in Rutland, VT. She was married to her beloved husband, Bernardus Vander Geld for 52 years before his passing on September 1st, 2021. They made Citrus County their home together in 1998 after moving from Michigan.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Bernard (Yolanda) Vander Geld of Baldwin, Michigan, William (Sondra) Vander Geld of Dutton, Michigan, Vincent Vander Geld of Spring Lake, Michigan, Dawn (Ted) Sullivan of Cutlerville, Michigan, and Tammy (Robert) Smith of Castroville, Texas; her sister, Geraldine Felker; her several cherished grandchildren; and her many adored great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by brothers: Edward Magoon in 1999 and Thomas Magoon in 2011.
A Funeral Service of Remembrance will be conducted on Friday, October 29th, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home in Inverness. Calling hours will begin at 10:00 AM and continue until the hour of service. Ann will be laid to rest, alongside her husband, Ben, following the conclusion of the services at Hills of Rest Cemetery of Floral City, FL. Arrangements are under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL.
