Janet K Peel

Janet K. Peel, 74, of Lake Panasoffkee, FL passed away on June 4, 2021 at Oak Hill Hospital of Brooksville, FL. She was born on September 6, 1946 in Ohio and for the majority of her life, was a homemaker and helped run her late husband’s business. Together, she and her late husband, Howard, moved to Sumter County in 1987 from Pasco County, FL. Janet will always be remembered for being a sweet and kind person, going above and beyond to help anyone in need. She always put other people first and absolutely loved her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Peel, II in May 2020 and her siblings. Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Howard Peel III, Lori Levesque, Dawn Broxson, and Nicole Holden; her 10 cherished grandchildren; and her four adored great-grandchildren. An intimate, private Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Cremation with Care is under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL.
