Phyllis V. Giansanti, age 96, Beverly Hills FL passed away April 16, 2021 at the Cedar Creek Assisted Living Facility in Crystal River. Phyllis was born in Connellsville, PA on November 16, 1924 to the late John and Ethel Mae (Gamble) Gaal and relocated to Citrus County in 1985 from Miami. She was a retired Civil Service employee, and a cheerful volunteer at Seven Rivers Hospital, the Skill Bank of Beverly Hills, Fleet Reserve Association of Citrus County, and the Beverly Hills Library. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Beverly Hills.
Left to cherish her memory are 4 children: Kristine Devlin, Largo, FL; Rosemary Giansanti, Tallahassee, FL; Teresa Ann Kirby, Austin, TX; John P. Giansanti, Winter Springs, FL; and 6 Grandchildren; Keleigh, Timothy, Ryan, Sean, Andrea, and Jacob. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Giansanti on February 4, 2014 and her son, Lawrence Giansanti on March 9, 2012.
Funeral services will be conducted on April 26, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home. Burial will follow at a later date in Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital in her name.
