Mildred C Aumack

Mildred C. Aumack, 65, of Inverness, FL passed away on March 25, 2021 at Citrus Memorial Hospital of Inverness. She was born to the late Luther and Frances Downing on September 1, 1955 in St. Petersburg, FL. She was an estate manager for over 17 years, and held various managerial positions throughout her working life. She made Citrus County her home in 1987 after moving from Ocala, FL with her husband of 38 years, Frank. For 14 years, Millie supervised county Inmates cleaning up roadsides and illegal dump sites for the Citrus County BOCC. She was a very involved mother who was always attending sporting events with her son, Daniel and supporting him in his summer camps, scouts, and other clubs that he was involved in growing up. She loved to bird watch and fish, and was a huge animal lover, and adored her dogs: Bella, Stella and Fella, and her horse, Tornado. Millie was preceded in death by her two sisters. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Frank; her son, Daniel (Sara) of Inverness, FL; her mother and father-in-law, Carol and Frank Aumack; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements for Millie are private at this time. Cremation with Care is under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL.
