Ronald C McKinney

Ronald Calvin McKinney, 79, of Hernando, FL passed away March 26, 2021 at his residence in Hernando. He was born on March 5, 1942 in Dansville, NY to the late Oather C. and Beatrice I. (Kenyon) McKinney. Ronald was a sewing machine mechanic and served our country honorably in the U.S. Navy. He arrived in this area in 1967, coming from Brooksville, FL. Ronald was Baptist by faith, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was preceded in death by one son, Mark Oather McKinney and one sister, Josephine N. “Joe” Harris. Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Lucy McKinney. Other survivors include his daughter Stacey Marleena McKinney of Inverness, FL; brother Roger D. McKinney; and sister Wanda Earner; 3 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
