Robert “Bo” W Maynard

Robert “Bo” W. Maynard, 77 of Lake Panasoffkee, FL was granted his angel wings on March 21st, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. Robert was born on October 6th, 1943 in Sayre, Pennsylvania. Robert served our country in the United States Coast Guard from 1963 to 1967. He is survived by his loving life partner, Sylvia Martin of Lake Panasoffkee, children Wendy (Brian) Elliot of Towanda, PA; Robert Maynard of Towanda, PA; Amy Jeukeng of Galveston, TX; 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, several cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends. Robert was predeceased by his parents Claude and Betsy Maynard of Rome, PA; Sister Nancy Ruger of Rome, PA; Brother Charles Maynard of Rome, PA and his daughter Michelle Martin of Rome, PA. An inspiration to many, Robert enjoyed fishing and the outdoors, loved life and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
A celebration of life will take place on Saturday March 27th at 2:00 PM at the Methodist Church of the Fisherman, Lake Panasoffkee. Robert will be honored for his time serving our country and will be laid to rest in the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105 in memory of Robert Maynard. Cremation care by the Chas E.
