Richard G. Pickett, Sr. of Inverness, FL passed away on August 25th, 2020 at Vitas Healthcare in Lecanto, FL at the age of 80 years. He was born on December 30th, 1939 to the late Charles and Margaret (Krier) Pickett in Miller Heights, PA. He worked as a truck driver for many years. Richard moved to the Citrus County area in 2011 when he relocated form Bethlehem, PA.
Richard is survived by his loving partner of 37 years, Natalie; his two sons, Robin Pickett of Naples, FL and Richard Pickett, Jr. of Wilkesbarre, PA; his two daughters, Alice Davies of Bethlehem, PA and Roxanne Ouellette of Walnutport, PA; his sister, Shirley Bailey of Whitehall, PA; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Private arrangements have been scheduled for Richard. Cremation with Care is under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL.
