Robert W Curry

Robert Warren Curry, Sr., 92, of Homosassa, FL passed away August 18 2020 at Vitas Hospice in Lecanto, FL. He was born in Hammond, IL on December 24, 1927 to the late Earnest and Laura (Ewing) Curry. Robert was a brick mason in the commercial construction industry, and arrived in this area in 2000, coming from Peoria, IL. He attended St. Benedict’s Catholic Church in Homosassa, and was a professional organist who loved music. He was preceded in death by one son, John Allen Curry, 4 brothers and 4 sisters. He is survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Eva Curry. Other survivors include his sons Robert W. Curry, Jr and his wife Joanne, Dr. Walter Curry and his wife Sylvia of Watseka, IL; daughter Barbara Curry-Tucker and her husband Michael of Homosassa; 9 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Private cremation arrangements under the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
