Rannels A Kepner Jr

Rannels A. Kepner, Jr. of Inverness, FL passed away at his home on Saturday, April 25, 2020 at the age of 74. Rannels was born to the late Rannels A. and Geraldine (Sunderland) Kepner on November 29, 1945 in Granville, PA and he made Citrus County his home in 1999 when he relocated from Lewistown, PA. Rannels worked as a school custodian for many years, including working as the Citrus County and the Mifflin County, PA school system custodian. Rannels proudly and honorably served our great country as a member of the United States Army.
Rannels will be remembered for his love of hunting and air-boating. He was also an avid “car guy” and cherished his classic cars dearly. Rannels is preceded in death by his dear sister, Brenda Moist. Those left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Peggy and his daughter, Amy. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.
Cremation arrangements have been scheduled for Rannels in the care of Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home, Inverness, FL.
