Gary Lee Mark of Floral City, FL passed away at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, FL on February 17, 2020 at the age of 68. Gary was born in Jersey City, NJ to the late Hubert and Mildred (Grabowski) Mark on July 17, 1951.
He met his loving wife Paula O’Kane 30 years ago and would have celebrated their 20th Wedding Anniversary together on April 1st of this year. Gary and Paula made Floral City their home 21 years ago after relocating from Brooksville, FL. He was a Christian by faith and enjoyed listening to conservative talk radio and discussing politics with family and friends. Gary was a history buff and extremely knowledgeable about classic cars. He enjoyed cooking, barbecuing and spending time with family and friends.
In addition to his loving wife Paula, those left to mourn Gary’s passing include his son, Keith Mark of New Port Richey, FL; several grandchildren; sister and brother in law: Laura and Jerry Beard of Land O’ Lakes, FL; and nieces: Emilee and Katie Beard also of Land O’ Lakes, FL. Gary was also loved and will be dearly missed by a great many other family members and friends. T
