Paul William “PJ” Curtas, Jr., age 65, Lake Panasoffkee, FL passed away February 16, 2020 at the Lane Purcell Hospice House in Bushnell, FL. “PJ” was born in Wauseon, OH on January 10, 1955 to the late Paul W. Curtas, Sr. and Mary Fetters Curtas and came to Sumter County 20 years ago from Pinellas County, FL. He retired from the Florida Highway Patrol with 23 years of service. He was of the Baptist Faith.
Survivors include 2 brothers, Joe and Steve Curtas; 2 sisters, Paulette and Mary; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Curtas and a sister, Theresa Curtas.
At “PJ’s” request, there will be no funeral services. Cremation with care under the direction of the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home & Crematory, Inverness, FL.
