Sarah Ann Watson of Benton, TN and formerly of Inverness, FL passed away unexpectedly in Crystal River, FL while visiting her dear friends on December 21, 2019. Sarah was 24 years old. She was born in Dalton, GA on January 30, 1995 to Sherri (Stuart) Cody and George Watson, Jr. Sarah moved to Inverness with her family in 2003 and attended the Academy of Environmental Sciences in Crystal River and graduated from Citrus High School in 2013. She was active with the drama club throughout junior high and high school and had performed in numerous plays. Sarah was a talented photographer and an excellent photo editor. In 2016, Sarah moved to Tennessee and was employed as a Lab Technician for the Denso Corporation, an auto parts manufacturer. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother, loving daughter and dear friend.
Those left to mourn Sarah’s passing include her 2 year old son, Wilbert Ethan Watson; mother, Sherri Cody of Benton, TN; father, George Watson, Jr. of Ellijay, GA; brothers: Austin Watson of Ellijay, GA and Adam Conner of Greenville, TN. Sarah was preceded in death by her stepfather, Wilbert Cody in 2013. Cremation care by the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
