Bradley Howard Arndt, age 72, of Inverness, FL passed away at Citrus Memorial Hospital on October 25, 2019. Brad was born on May 28, 1947 in Rockford, IL to the late Robert Hawkins and Jean Marie (Coupie) Arndt. He served his country as a member of the United States Army. Brad married his wife Darlene on February 17, 1968 and they shared 51 years of loving marriage. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing, traveling and watching the History and Discovery channels. Brad was also an amazing bowler, having bowled perfect games in the past and winning tournaments. He also enjoyed growing orchids, feeding the birds, crossword puzzles and soduko. He could fix and repair just about anything and was known as “Mr. Fix-It” to his family and friends.
In addition to his wife Darlene, those left to mourn Bradley’s passing include his daughter, Kimberly Arndt of Miami, FL; son, Brian Arndt and his wife Emilia of West Palm Beach, FL; his grandchildren: Justin, Sofia and Krystal; his brother Jay; and sister, Shelly. In addition to his parents, Brad was preceded in death by his sister, Debbie.
A gathering with the Arndt family will begin at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at the Chas. E. Davis Funeral Home. Friends are invited to share their favorite memories and stories of Bradley beginning at 5:00 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of the Chas E. Davis Funeral Home with Crematory, Inverness, FL.
