Robert O. Wilson, 84, of Inverness, FL passed away September 8, 2019 at Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness. He was born in Robinson, IL on April 16, 1935 to the late Perry Owen and Grace (Anderson) Wilson.
Robert was a train master for the railroad, and arrived in this area in 1988, coming from Indiana. He was a member of the Crossgate Church of God in Inverness, acting as a trustee, usher, and volunteer at the church. He enjoyed traveling back to Indiana and Ohio to visit family and friends, and golfing.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Linda Wilson. Other survivors include his daughters Lou Ann Mobley and her husband Mark of Indianapolis, IN, and Melanie Park of San Diego, CA.
